In May 2022, for our 20th anniversary, WK committed to “20 Actions for 20 Years” which included reducing inequality and going public with our commitment. As part of this commitment, we established employee networks with members from across all levels and functions. The success of our employee networks has been the grassroot approach driven by people across the business who are truly passionate about creating a more inclusive work environment.
