We recognise the compounding impacts of inequality and discrimination in our communities. Through our casework and related law reform, we seek to challenge unfairness and support systems change by:

• representing people experiencing discrimination to make complaints and in proceedings in Tribunals and the Federal Courts
• providing advice and litigation support to not-for-profit organisations representing clients to make such claims
• supporting reform of discrimination laws

We recognise that people with lived experience of discrimination are central to identifying the problems and shaping the solutions that will contribute to lasting change. While we assist in all areas of discrimination, our casework practice has a particular focus on race and disability discrimination.
